The breakfast traps
Flavored yogurt, granola, instant oatmeal packets, and most 'protein' bars. Many contain 20-30g of added sugar per serving — more than a Snickers bar.
The 'health' drinks
Kombucha, cold-pressed juice, oat milk lattes, and sports drinks. All of these can carry 25g+ of sugar per bottle.
The salad dressings
Most bottled dressings — even the 'clean' brands — list sugar as a top-three ingredient. Olive oil and lemon juice does the same job and supports satiety.
